MID-MOD MAKEOVER

Patrick and Lisa Condon own an incredible mid-century modern style home in Denver that needed a facelift and some new features for their needs.  They hosted a lot of parties and wanted more access from the kitchen to the dining room.  Patrick also wanted a home office where one of the bedrooms currently was.  We went through several rounds of design iterations and had to adjust some items based on a walk with a structural engineer and mechanical technician.  Unfortunately, I was never able to see this design concept come to life but we were all very satisfied with the end results of the design concepts as shown.
